FLAG EXCHANGE WITH RC BRUSSELS CANTERSTEEN

It was a cold, wintry evening outside the Crowne Plaza Brussels City Centre. But inside, a glow of warmth and fellowship awaited Dr. P.M. Radhakrishna, as he walked into the plush hall where members of RC Brussels Cantersteen meet every Tuesday at 19:00 hours.
